Akwaaba (welcome) to Accra!
Jamie, Dawn and I arrived late last night, a day before the rest of our group. Wasting no time we set out to explore the neighborhood this morning.
Despite the indescribable heat and humidity we managed to find the Accra Arts Center, made a few new friends, and even got our very first African drumming lessons…! Looking forward to seeing the rest of our gang for our official welcome dinner this evening.
